Shipping & Delivery

Personalised items are dispatched within 6-9 business days. Every item is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait! All other products are dispatched within 24 hours. Shipping upgrades do not change production time they only speed up the shipping process.

Shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Selected shipping method

All shipping fees we require will be shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Shopping & Payment

Please contact us with your name, email address, or order number, and discount code. Once we have those details, we'll apply the discount code for you and refund the difference. Please note, discount codes that are received after your order has been placed cannot be applied retrospectively.

Sorry, but only one discount code may be used per order.

Product Issues

All items are made with care and therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges on personalised jewellery unless the fault is ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental, so if you do have an issue please contact us and we will do our best to provide a fair solution.
